APPOINTMENT POLICY

Charleston Massage Retreat is a proud small business and we want to make sure your experience exceeds expectations at all times. We ask that all guests respectfully allow 48 hours notice in cancelling or making changes to any appointment. A valid credit card will be required to book all appointment. Any appointment cancelled within less than the 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Any appointment cancelled within less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service price. This deposit will remain on the account as a credit and you will have 7 days to rebook and use it or it will remain with us so as to compensate for the time that had been initially specially set aside for you. We will do our best to accommodate any re-scheduling within that same week but cannot make any guarantees. Please understand that this is to ensure that we continue to deliver quality service to every person. .
